I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. Include a short description and a photo or video of the damaged product. We will immediately send a replacement.

MY PRODUCT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT OR STOLEN.

  • If you purchased Porch Pirate Protection, we will immediately issue a replacement.

  • If you did not purchase Porch Pirate Protection, we recommend contacting your local postal carrier. In this case, we cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OUR REGIONAL STORES
Orders placed from our US, UK, or AU stores may be possible, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery or exemption from customs fees when shipping internationally.
